Chad Massaker, Director
Chad's role at Carceron is business development through strict adherence to Carceron's core values. Chad is responsible for setting leadership goals for management that focus on: development of a strong company culture where people love to come to work, customer service with solutions that create nothing less than raving fans and completion of goals that bring value to the company, such as information technology certifications. Chad has been in information technology for more than fourteen years. Chad has served on numerous metro-Atlanta non-profit boards including: Kennesaw Business Association, Kennesaw Charter School, Marietta Business Association, KSU Flourish Luncheon, Cobb County Schools SPLOST II Oversight Committee & Theatre in the Sqaure. He is also a graduate of the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Cobb Program for 2006 and is a member of the Leadership Cobb Alumni Association. Chad is an honored graduate of Kennesaw State University (KSU) and received a BS in psychology with a minor in information systems management. In 2003, he was awarded the KSU Psychology Alumnus of the Year Award, a Turknett Leadership Character Award Nominee and was a Top 5 Finalist for the 2010 Metro Atlanta Small Business Person of the Year. Chad was also named to theMSPmentor Top 250 list in 2011, which recognizes the top managed services experts, entrepreneurs and executives globally. Chad also competes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at X3 Sports under Professor Ranieri Paiva, and has won several gold medals.
